KJ2 Regiotour Kochertal

A particularly varied tour through the vineyards and meadows along the Kocher and Brettach rivers.

On the Kochertal regional tour, you cycle through the Kocher, Jagst and Brettach valleys, past vineyards and orchards - with the foothills of the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park always in view.The route starts in Bad Friedrichshall-Jagstfeld. You will have to cycle up a few hills. But then you can let yourself be captivated by the magic of the region.

This cycle tour takes you through a largely unspoilt landscape along the Kocher river and lets you explore the picturesque towns and villages along the way. Here you can stop off in Stein am Kocher, Brettach, Hardthausen and Neuenstadt am Kocher, among others, to recharge your batteries.

Your journey of discovery takes you to Cleversulzbach to the Mörike Museum. It is located in the old schoolhouse near the church and commemorates Eduard Mörike's time in this part of Neuenstadt am Kocher. Cleversulzbach is also the final resting place of the mothers of Mörike and Friedrich Schiller.
