Unique views of Lake Constance and its alpine catchment area, insights into the recent and older geological history of the lake and interesting, flower-filled vegetation await hikers on

this route.

Leaving the center of Hödingen (534m), we head towards Hödinger Tobel. After crossing the Tobelbächlein stream, we hike along the upper

edge of the ravine landscape to the Zimmerwiese viewpoint (567m). A slowly ascending path leads us further up to the heights of the Sipplinger Berg (706m) and to the Lake Constance water supply. Impressed by the views of the lake and the Alps, we walk along the edge of the slope to the Haldenhof (630m). We return via the Nonnenebene to the Zimmerwiese viewpoint and continue via the Churfirsten natural monument (482m) to Süßenmühle (428m). A short ascent takes us back to Hödingen.
