Short walk around Aichschieß
A short walk around the Aichwald district of Aichschieß, which was first mentioned in 1275. First known as Ainschiez, which probably refers to the mountain spur "shooting in" between two valleys, on which the village was located in a clearing island, and called Eichschies from as early as the 17th century.
