Well-signposted moorland lake trail in the Pfrunger-Burgweiler Ried nature reserve
Pfrungen has two hiking parking lots near the town center, ideal starting points for hikes into the Ried. It makes sense to start the Moorseen hike from here at a slight elevation with a wonderful view of the meadows and forest, especially as the alternative parking lot at the Riedhof is very small and quickly filled when the Riedwirtschaft is open. The Moorseen trail is well signposted.
