Instructive circular hike with the opportunity to stop for refreshments

In the Pfrunger-Burgweiler Ried, there are the so-called Riedlehrpfade (Ried nature trails), which run through the enchanting Ried landscape. Over a good four kilometers, they provide a wealth of information about everything to do with the reed and moor. In addition to the two nature trails around the nature conservation center in Wilhelmsdorf, we particularly like the Burgweiler reedland nature trail, which has a particularly attractive landscape and also passes very close to the Alte Mühle country hotel in Waldbeuren, which is open daily. This makes the nature trail ideal for a morning walk before breakfast (highly recommended by doctors) or after coffee. There is a large signposted parking lot for hikers in Waldbeuren, and you can also park at the Riedhalle in Burgweiler.
