The tour leads, partly on the Linzgau Way of St. James, to Ramsberg. Brother James lives there today according to the motto "ora et labora" (Latin: "pray and work").
In Aftholderberg, next to the European watershed, you will find the fortified church of St. Eulogius. The single-nave church with its massive tower was built in the Middle Ages and remodeled in the Baroque period. Later on the route, you will find the private Müller Farmers' Museum and the St. Martin Chapel in Großstadelhofen. An art gallery and the Ramsberg await you in Großschönach. After the steep climb up the mountain, you will find an old castle ruin of the same name and St. Wendelin's Chapel. Nowadays, the associated St. Benedikt hermitage is inhabited by Brother Jakobus. A Lourdes grotto was built below the Ramsberg in 1908.
