Radtour R 2, Dörzbach

The cycle tour runs along several tributaries of the Jagst, small farmsteads and gems.

Start in Dörzbach at the picturesque market square with Eyb Castle. From here you cycle to Rengershausen. Over smaller climbs and past small hamlets, you reach the Mulfingen district of Hollenbach. Worth seeing there is the church of St. Stephanus and the mighty village lime tree next to it. This witness to life has always been a meeting place and time takes on a special meaning here. You can cool off at the nearby bathing lake with a campsite and kiosk.From Hollenbach, you cycle down to Ailringen. The village center is characterized by the former office building of the Teutonic Order, which is now a hotel with Michelin-starred cuisine. The village festival takes place at the historic town hall and the Marienbrunnen fountain in August. The Kocher-Jagst cycle path takes you along the Jagst via Hohebach back to the starting point.
