Rundwanderung im Bühlertal: Wald im Wandel

The circular hike "Forest in transition" near Abtsgmünd-Pommertsweiler leads through extensive forests and over the Büchelberg ridge. The panoramic hike begins in Abtsgmünd-Pommertsweiler and leads through a wooded area to the Bühler spring (Berrothsbrunnen). From there, the route continues onto the Büchelberger ridge. The narrow ridge offers beautiful views of Hohenberg, Baldern Castle, Kapfenburg Castle, the Kaiser Mountains and the Swabian Alb. Along the way, the barbecue area on the Büchelberger Gart invites you to take a break. The last section of the hike takes you close to the idyllic Hammerschmiede lakes and on past ponds back to Abtsgmünd-Pommertsweiler.
