The warm-up tour is an easy tour to get used to. Beautiful views accompany you through the very scenic nature with rather few forest sections, and with only one major incline, the route is particularly suitable for beginners. It is the tour with the fewest ascents: only 524 m have to be overcome. The tour leads to the border with Rhineland-Palatinate to the Falkenberg, where you can enjoy fantastic distant views at an altitude of 529 m. Please take note of the poor route on the descent. From Asweiler, you can take MTB 9 with lots of trails or MTB 2 to add on a tour. Refreshment stops in Gehweiler and in the village of Wolfersweiler invite you to take a break.
