A small but beautiful loop with typical Bliesgau flair. A perfect Sunday walk through hill and dale. It is best to start in Alschbach at the parish church of St. Maria.
Round tour from the Alschbach valley up to the landmark of the town of Blieskastel, the Gollenstein.
The hike starts at the hiking parking lot at the church in Alschbach and loops above the village up to the ridge above Blieskastel. Once you reach the top, you are literally rewarded with the highlight of the tour - the Gollenstein and can simply enjoy the view!
The last few kilometers take you back down towards Alschbach to the starting point of this hike.</p
