The Moselle flows through one of the most beautiful cultural landscapes in Europe. Countless witnesses to more than 2000 years of history, forests, vineyards, wonderful villages and, of course, wine characterize the landscape and its people. And it is the Moselsteig Trail that today creates a unique link between all of this. Those who embark on this quality hiking trail can look forward to an unusually multi-layered experience. Its sheer length of 365 kilometers is impressive in itself. This makes the Moselsteig Trail one of the longest long-distance hiking trails in Germany.
