The Coal, Wind & Water Tour is a varied tour, which runs past lakes and rivers, meadows and lowlands, but also through upland deciduous and coniferous forests. Along the route, cyclists encounter impressive reminders of the region´s industrial heritage, above all the many mills, most of them still in use. A special feature of this cycle tour are the stories at 14 selected stops on the tour.
