Meditative hiking trail: Bronnbach - Reicholzheim stone crosses - Reicholzheim church - Bronnbach
Medium-difficulty, varied hiking trail through fields and vineyards with wonderful views of Bronnbach Monastery and the lovely Tauber Valley
The hike begins at Bronnbach Monastery and leads along a slightly ascending path to the Schafhof farm halfway up the slope. The route continues with slight differences in altitude on natural paths to the viewpoint of Bronnbach Monastery on the Satzenberg. Via the stone cross nest on the edge of the village above Reicholzheim, you reach the village church of St. Georg on a moderately sloping local road. To reach the Holy Trinity Chapel, follow the moderately ascending "Kilianstraße" and cross the "Steiggärten". From here, the path continues parallel to the slope with views over the heights of the Tauber Valley back to the Schafhof and the starting point at Bronnbach Monastery.Source: Tatjana Walter ( ©CC 4.0)
