This beautiful, natural hike offers plenty of variety. It takes you across meadows, along the edge of the forest, through the middle of the forest on narrow paths... Various highlights await you along the way: the Rothbalzer Teich - a beautiful and idyllic nature reserve, a surprising view from the Rehwinkelhütte on the Kleeberg (in the right weather even as far as the Hoher Meißner) and a water treading area at the "Glück Auf" leisure facility. This is the ideal place for a longer rest. Incidentally, you hike along historic paths on this tour. First and foremost the miners' path (behind the "Glück Auf" leisure facility), which the miners used for their daily work.
