Schöneberger Burgruinen-Steig

The 5.3 km hike begins at the Bad am Park hiking parking lot and initially leads leisurely through fields to the edge of the forest. Now the ascent to the summit begins, with just under 200 meters of altitude to conquer. Once at the top, you will be rewarded by the former Schöneberg Castle, which is commemorated by a fountain, foundation remains and an information board. The rest area offers a unique view as far as the Dörnberg. The trail is challenging in places, with narrow paths and steep climbs. Those who prefer a less demanding route can follow circular route 2, which leads once around the Schöneberg.
