The starting point of this Spessart trail is the Naturfreundehaus am Weinberg.
The trail leads through meadows and orchards around the vineyard. The Spessart trail now leads downhill to the "Graue Floß" stream and on to the "Windhöhe". Along the edge of the forest, the trail leads past the riding stables in the direction of "Mühlberg". Here the trail climbs again to the next vantage point above the town of Langenselbold. Then it's just a short walk back to the starting point at the Naturfreundehaus.
