This trail starts at the "Minenwerfergrund" parking lot (and former military training area). It goes through the Scheiberswaldsgrund and the Hatgesberg up to the Weinstraße. Here the trail meets the historic Birkenhainer Straße, a former trade route. From the Wachhütte, the trail leads downhill and reaches the starting point at the parking lot via the Glasgrund and the Langer Grund. Alternatively, the tour can also be started at the "Wachhütte" parking lot.
If you don't want to walk the whole 8 kilometers, you can also shorten the tour.
