The short hike from Rickenbach to Totenbühl takes us past the golf course to the Marienkapelle chapel. Here, as well as on the way back, the tour captivates with magical panoramas across the Hotzenwald to the Alps.
The Marienkapelle, located on the Totenbühl between Niedergebisbach and Altenschwand, is not only a Hotzenwald gem worth seeing, but also a scenically beautiful place that invites you to linger. Situated under rustic beech trees, you can enjoy nature in peace. The public is usually hand-picked and most of the breaks on this long walk are correspondingly quiet. Even the occasional hustle and bustle on the golf course does nothing to change this.</p
