The medium-length hike from Rickenbach into the Murg Valley combines beautiful panoramic sections with quaint valley passages. One highlight is a visit to the Wieladingen ruins.
Varying impressions await us on the hike from Rickenbach into the Murg Valley. Both the start and end of the excursion into the Hotzenwald lead through panoramic meadows in open fields. The Hauensteiner Murg accompanies us for a long time, forming a romantic backdrop as a lively babbling low mountain stream. The ruins of Wieladingen Castle, a historically interesting building, await us directly along the way. However, the view from the keep has to be earned, after all, there are more than 400 meters of altitude on the day's plan.</p
