Görwihl: Tour durch das Höllbachtal

Albschlucht gorge and Gugelturm tower - two destinations worth seeing in the Hotzenwald are combined into a day hike today.

Located between the Alb and Wehra, the Hotzenwald villages are mostly situated on sun-drenched plateaus with great views. The valleys in between have cut deep into the rock due to the steep relief towards the High Rhine. These two landscape features also provide the backdrop for today's tour. Although the long circular hike is a little demanding in terms of fitness, it also impresses with its varied landscape and numerous beautiful places to take a break.
