This tour offer combines various cycling routes into a intersecting circular route

Description

The cycling routes run, with Naumburg at the center, in the shape of a figure eight (east and west routes).

Between the rivers Saale, Unstrut and Elster as well as the cities of Naumburg, Weißenfels and Zeitz with their magnificent churches and castles, diverse landscapes extend, traversed by side valleys with charming streams: Wethau, Biberbach or Rippach.

The most beautiful and interesting places are connected by the Saale-Unstrut-Elster-Radacht. Hosts, traditional taverns, wineries, farm shops, as well as boat stations and farms for farmers and riders take care of the physical well-being.

Partially, the cycling routes Saale cycle path, Zuckerbahn cycle path, and Rippach cycle path are traveled.

Alternatively, from Kretzschau you can take the Zuckerbahn cycle path to Zeitz and via the Elsterradweg to Wetterzeube and then reach Droyßig via Pötewitz.

ATTENTION: Due to deadwood, the section between Tröbsdorf and Thalwinkel is closed. It affects the route between Burgscheidungen and Bad Bibra.
