A challenging day tour directly from the city of Cottbus through the renaturalized Spreeaue to Burg in the Spreewald. It is said that from Cottbus to the Spreewald is just a stones throw away or nowadays a full-day canoeing and kayaking experience. On this tour, the concept of water hiking truly comes to life. Drifting downstream on the Spree with a gentle current, you paddle directly from the bustling center of Cottbus, past the historic Spreewehrmühle mill, through mixed forests and floodplain landscapes, and along natural untouched banks out into the dreamy town of Burg in the heart of the Spreewald.
