9. Etappe "Märkischer Landweg": Schwedt (Oder) - Groß Pinnow, walking tour

The ninth stage of the Märkisch Overland Trail covers from Schwedt (Oder) to Groß Pinnow. The tour leads inland through the wavy and diverse landscape of the Uckermark. Just a few kilometres from Schwedt (Oder), the museum in Vierraden provides for an interesting insight into tobacco farming in Brandenburg.

How to get there: From Berlin central station (Hauptbahnhof) take the RE3 to Schwedt/Oder (about 1.5 hours).

Return journey: From Groß Pinnow take bus no. 471 to Casekow. From here take the regional train RB66 to Angermünde. Continue from here by taking the RE3 to Berlin central station (Hauptbahnhof) (about 2.5 hours).
