Start and finish of the route is the Saxon-Bohemian Farmers Market. Then it goes through the castle park, the Röhrsdorfer Grund, and back through the apple orchard. The tour is signposted as the Röhrsdorfer Grund and Apple Circular Path. The newly designed Röhrsdorfer Castle Park and the revived landscape garden in the Röhrsdorfer Grund are the highlights of a six-kilometer circular hike.In the 18th century, the Carlowitz family had a landscape garden with paths, grottos, bridges, and rest areas laid out in the idyllic Grund. Friends placed statues and inscribed tablets. But soon it fell into oblivion. Since 2007, the Röhrsdorfer Heimatverein has been rebuilding it. And the castle park is also shining almost again in its former beauty. Long tables, which stand at the site of the former orangery, provide information about the place, the tradition of fruit growing, and the castles history.
