This moderate 9 km long hike starts at the museum in Wieda. Before heading onto the trail in Kastental, you have to briefly walk along the road towards Braunlage. Then follow the path in Kastental to Helenenruh (stamp 160). From here, continue on to Bremer Klippe. Next, walk to Füllenberg and then to Kreuztalklippe (stamp 162). Then descend on Cuerskopfweg and walk back along the main road to the starting point at the museum.
