The 32-kilometer-long Nordrunde is a stage of the Erdmann Route. At selected stations, the life and work of Senior Forester Erdmann and the uniqueness of his mixed forest are presented. It also deals with nature conservation and special tree species, which are presented as a group, avenue, or distinctive individual tree on the cycle path.The cycle path crosses various forest areas between Bassum-Neubruchhausen and Schwaförden. One starting point is, among others, in Neubruchhausen at the old senior forestry office.
