The Hoben - Cycle path through the port and inland

A highlight of the route is the port of Cuxhaven. The circular route leads from the gastronomically influenced area to the commercial port area. From a distance, the Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy plant can also be admired here. In the Altenbruch district of Cuxhaven, a stop at the viewing pavilion and the 120-year-old lighthouse Dicke Berta is worthwhile.The route continues along rapeseed fields, meadows, forests, and the Cuxhaven coastal heath. The villages of Oxstedt, Berensch, and Holte-Spangen follow. Beware, a partridge might cross the road here.Back in the city center, the tour can be rounded off at Kaemmererplatz with a stroll through the city center, or you can follow the route back to the starting point, the Windstärke 10 Museum.
