Local walk Kleinenbremen

Kleinenbremen is home to numerous sights related to energy production - from the historic mill to the modern Energy Settlement. Discover these on the approximately 4 km long local walk: Starting from the visitor mine and museum Kleinenbremen, the path leads first along the mill stream (street: Am Rehm) past the fully functional Hartingsche water mill and the integrated village museum to the Lohmannsche bakehouse. Passing the village pond and the village community center, the path now leads along Stohlmannstraße (turn left) to the Energy Settlement at the trout ponds, where modern environmentally friendly energy is used for heating. Shortly afterwards, you will reach the Meierhof bakehouse and the Mönkhoffsche water mill, which houses a real rarity. The path then continues over the village square with the ev. Lutheran church and then out of the town center, leading you over Deliusstaße, Am Plaß, and Wollbrechtshof to the Osterteich biotope. Turn right and follow the old school path (turn right again) to the old road. Here you will now reach the historically significant bakery Schäfers, where bread has been baked since 1898. Via the Grillenweg, you will return to the village square and to your starting point at the visitor mine.Follow the signs of hiking trail A4 or simply print out the local walk using the Print function and take it with you on your tour.
