The 23.2 kilometer circular hiking trail takes you through the beech forest-rich Durbeke in the Egge-Nord forest nature reserve, the natural heritage forest of Ostwestfalen-Lippe. Travel comfortably by train to Altenbeken, the natural heritage bus will then take you to the start and finish of your hike, the Waldhaus Durbeke.
