This running route runs through the most popular recreation areas close to the city center. It leads through the Paderwiesen and meadows to the Padersee, grazes the Castle and Auenpark, then passes by the small Rochuskapelle to the fish ponds. From there, it goes towards the Schützenplatz and back to the Paderwiesen. All paths are well-paved, some are also asphalted or cobblestoned.
