The route of the bird educational trail was chosen so that forest, field, meadow, and village are touched. Thus, all habitats of the locally occurring birds are also included.
Along the way, you will be shown 58 bird species on individual signs with pictures and text. The locations of the signs roughly correspond to the habitats of the bird species, and the length of the bird educational trail is approximately 5.7 km. In addition, the path also leads you partially along the river "Ilsenbach," which flows through Elbrinxen. Also worth seeing at the beginning is the stork station, which is located on the way, as well as at the end of the path, the Elbrinxer mill wheel.
