Hiking with a view

The hiking trail is a project of the Lobscheid village community and has set itself the task of presenting the village to the hiker in the best possible light. In every season, the trail offers highlights for all the senses - the awakening nature in spring with often very clear views and the melodious chirping of birds, lush green landscapes in summer with sections providing shade in wood-scented forests, golden autumn with the rustling of leaves, or a dreamy winter landscape with views over snow-covered hills.

The trail is most recommendable in particularly clear weather, as then the hiking trail lives up to its title "Hiking with a View". You can see the observation tower in Nümbrecht, Panarbora in Waldbröl, wind turbines in Reichshof, the industrial area Klause in Lindlar, and even clearly recognizable the hills of the Siebengebirge - and all of this from a small village in Gummersbach.
