From Eslohe to Sallinghausen (cycle path towards Bremke), Bremke, Reiste, Nichtighausen, Herhagen, Landenbeck, Kirchilpe, Nierentrop, Dorlar (cycle path towards Frielinghausen), Frielinghausen, Bremke (cycle path towards Sallinghausen), Sallinghausen and back to Eslohe.
