Family-friendly bike tour from Sundern to Lake Sorpe

The bike tour starts in Sundern and initially follows the "Röhr", passing by the "Gut Selmke", onto the dam of the Sorpe dam. Along the way, you will have beautiful views of the Sorpesee, can visit the Kyrill forest, or rest on one of the many benches and enjoy the peace of nature.
After the bridge between the forebay and the Sorpesee, the cycle path continues along the L687 to Langscheid. Here you can enjoy the beautifully designed Sorpe promenade. From the lake stage, you cycle over the dam of the Sorpe dam and enjoy the view of the lake or to the left into the valley towards the compensation basin and the power plant. The way back to Sundern is the same as the way there.
