Bad Sassendorf - North Loop

The region around Bad Sassendorf is characterized by its largely flat yet varied, attractive landscape and offers the ideal conditions for relaxed cycling. Here you cycle through the fertile Börde landscape with its farmsteads and old villages, through colorful meadows, along idyllic rivers, and discover not only the wonderful nature but also old alleys with historic half-timbered houses in the typical Westphalian style.
The "Nordschleife" takes you to the Bad Sassendorf districts of Bettinghausen and Ostinghausen and the centrally located moor and nature reserve "Woeste". It's worth taking a look through binoculars here!
The tour leads back in a larger loop along the Ahse river and on the outskirts of Soest. After the bike tour, the cafes and restaurants, the SoleTherme spa, and the spa park invite you to relax, or you can explore the secrets of white gold at the Westphalian Salt Worlds Experience Museum.
The Bad Sassendorf Nordschleife can also be ideally combined with the Südschleife.
