Just under 300 meters of altitude have to be overcome to reach the ridge of the Rothaar Mountains near Schanze. Here, the well-known Rothaarsteig trail crosses, and attractive gastronomy awaits you. For many years, on this route, the best mountain climbers were sought during a mountain time trial.
