Children's Land Cycle Route (48.3km)

The start of the Kinderland cycle route is in Schmallenberg at the Wood and Tourism Centre. On the tour, some altitude meters are overcome, but the efforts are rewarded with great views and many experiences along the way.
The yellow signposting of this route has the number 1 (blue) and is abbreviated via route number 2 (red, behind Almert) from the main route of the Kinderland cycle route.
Along the way, families become explorers. Playgrounds, ponds, and paddling pools invite you to a joyful break, streams promise cooling and a good opportunity for paddling. Everywhere, the adventure of nature beckons: animals by the wayside such as horses, goats, donkeys, and cows. With a bit of luck, deer, black storks, herons, deer, or hares can even be admired for a brief moment.
