The "Herzwege" have their origin in the spa area of Bad Laasphe. They represent a modern health training within the holistic view of body, mind, and soul and serve as a movement therapy and relaxation training through hiking at various difficulty levels. The classification was done according to the slope conditions and provides the following orientation: Green = slight incline / Blue = moderate incline / Red = steep incline on short sections. The paths are not typical long hiking trails, but rather short and attractive hiking trails that can encourage everyone to compensate for a lack of exercise.
