Through the Fürstenberger Wald, the route runs to Bad Wünnenberg and further via Büren and Borchen to Lichtenau. Up to this point, the profile was rather flat, but with the ridge of the Eggegebirge, a series of crisp ascents follows in the second half. Compared to the other long tours, this tour is easier to assess.
