The tour starts with an easy ascent to Berlar. Behind Ramsbeck begins a longer climb, which leads through Andreasberg and Wasserfall - directly along the Fort Fun amusement park - to Siedlinghausen. Now it goes constantly uphill to the Großen Bildchen (700m).
After descending to Niedersorpe, you reach Bad Fredeburg via a smaller mountain. Then the tour leads around the Teufelskopf and over Ober- and Niederhenneborn undulating to the Hennesee. The last kilometers are flat along the traffic-free eastern edge path of the Hennesee to Meschede.
