The hiking trail R7 leads you east of the mining town Ramsbeck up to the ridge of the Dörnberg. Along the mountainside, you hike in a northerly direction, with views opening up to Ramsbeck, the mining monuments of the town, as well as to the Valmetal and the surrounding mountain ranges of the Sauerland.
