The fish educational trail

The information boards of the fish educational trail explain the ecological structure of a low mountain range river, including the Emmer River. The trail showcases the river's biodiversity through graphically sophisticated illustrations and understandable explanations. The living conditions of various animals are listed - from insect larvae to waterfowl. The fish educational trail informs about the species diversity in the Emmer River and raises awareness in the public about life underwater.

All images were hand-painted by specialists, mounted as reverse glass paintings at a height of about 1.50 meters, and illuminated in the evenings by solar lamps. The educational trail was created by the Community for Fisheries and Nature Conservation in Lügde on the occasion of their 50th anniversary.
