In the Kneipp spa town of Olsberg in the Sauerland region, health is a top priority. On the 2nd stage of the Kneipp trail, a "Quality Trail Hiking in Germany," you will find a natural wading pool.
The health teachings of the pastor Sebastian Kneipp are based on the pillars of movement, balance, nutrition, water, and medicinal herbs. All these pillars can be found on this stage of the Kneipp hiking trail. Additionally, culture is not left behind on this hiking stage. The Schellenstein Castle can be visited from the outside. The Gevelinghausen Castle with its wonderfully maintained grounds is also worth a visit. The Gevelinghauser Mill right on the edge of the trail can be visited by appointment.
