The popular premium hiking trail Rothaarsteig can also be accessed from Hilchenbach-Müsen. The access path, opened in 2017, leads along well-known hiking trails past the resting place Wigrow, over the Hilchenbach Höhenring (Hiking Trail of the Year 2018/2020), over the Oberndorfer Höhe to the Ferndorfquelle.
