The starting point of the bike tour is on Ivenstraße. From there you head towards Wenzen. The route leads through a diverse landscape with lots of forests and expansive fields. The Hils is a forested low mountain range with steep ascents. The next larger town is Grünenplan, a small tranquil town nestled in nature. If you run out of provisions, the town also offers smaller shopping opportunities.
TIP: Erich-Mäder Glass Museum and Glassmaker's House History of the glassmaker town Grünenplan and the development of glassmaking in the Hilsmulde from its beginnings to the present day.
From there, continue past Delligsen towards Keierde. And then you are already on your way towards Einbeck.
