On the discovery tour through parts of the collective municipality of Hankensbüttel, both well-known architectural monuments such as the church of St. Pankratius in Hankensbüttel and the chapel in Bokel, as well as largely unknown and hitherto unnoticed archaeological sites such as Swedish entrenchments from the Thirty Years' War, brick pits, and deserted settlements are visited.
