"From the moor to the beach"

With church and monastery, Wietmarschen is a point of attraction for believers. Whether you visit the place as a pilgrim or for relaxation: you will find peace in the monastery garden and family fun at the nearby Lohner Badesee. From Wietmarschen, it goes via Füchtenfeld to the Wietmarscher Moor. Two viewing platforms allow you to admire the extensive moor areas. The tour continues from Dalum via the Ems to the Speicherbecken Geeste. While others swim, sail, skate, or hike, you cycle 3.5 km around the lake. Then the tour takes you to Nordlohne, through the recreational area "Lohner Sand". Along the leisure lake, you drive back to Wietmarschen.
