The circular path leads to a village and its landscape on the former inner-German border, showing the development up to today. As a supplement, the exhibition on this topic in the village community center in Zasenbeck is recommended. Three thematic areas such as the "History of a village on the former Inner German border", "The economic development over centuries" and "Life in today's Zasenbeck" are addressed there. In addition, a model of the Zasenbeck station from 1947 and the Altmärkische Kleinbahn as well as a picture gallery on the opening of the border between the villages of Zasenbeck and Hanum in January 1990 are shown.
