Great round from SZ-Bad to Liebenburg

The signposted hiking trail No. 7 is perfect for a long excursion. To get motivated, it's best to start with a refreshing walk around the Kneipp wading pool behind the Salzgitter-Bad thermal brine bath. Then field and forest paths lead over the Schäferstuhl at the southeastern edge of the forest to Liebenburg. At the local forestry house, there are interesting information boards about the fauna and flora. Heading back towards Salzgitter-Bad, you walk east of the golf course. On busy days, you can observe many athletes in action here. Along the way, you will also see some of the artworks from the "Street of Peace" project.
