After starting in Arnsberg, this long tour leads through the Arnsberg Forest to the beautiful Möhnesee, which is almost completely encircled. Behind Hirschberg, there is a longer, but moderate climb over the Lattenberg, before undulating over mountains and Calle to Meschede. After the Schüren airfield, there is a fast descent to Wenholthausen and a longer climb to the beer metropolis of Grevenstein. A switchback descent over the Hellefelder Höhe leads back to Arnsberg.
